Please register online for the PIM Meeting using a dedicated form (in MS Forms) by 31 July 2025 (EOD in CEST time zone).

VISA TO POLAND

If you are a citizen of a country that needs a visa to enter Poland, please indicate it in the registration form and provide us with additional information (date & place of birth, passport series and/or number & the city & country of the consulate you will apply for an entrance visa) that will allow us to send a letter of invitation.

If you are not sure whether you need a visa, please visit the Polish Foreign Ministry website:

 

CONFERENCE FEE AMOUNT & PAYMENT

The conference fee is set at 2.600 PLN, or 620 EUR, or 700 USD if you wish to make a payment in currency other than PLN.

The only payment method is by wire transfer to the SGH account. Depending on the payment currency, please use one of the accounts listed below.

The deadline for the payment is 4 August 2025.

We will issue and send you invoices, once our bank confirms the payment. Please provide us with the required data and information in the registration form.At SGH, to issue an invoice, we need to register you in our financial system. To do so, need the following pieces of information as required on your invoice:

  • University/School Full Address
  • University/School Tax/VAT number
  • Description on the invoice (if you need a specific title other than just PIM Annual Meeting 2025 Conference Fee)
